This Sunday, we’ll gather for one primary worship service at 10:00 a.m., followed by our Annual Meeting. While every Sunday matters, Annual Meeting Sunday is especially important for the vitality of the Trinity Cathedral congregation. There are many reasons to attend—here are ten to get you started:
Why Come to the Annual Meeting?
10. Gratitude for Leadership
We honor the work of leaders—including faithful wardens who have spent many hours at Trinity Cathedral—by being present at moments where we say “thank you.”
9. Be in the Picture
We’ll take a “family photo” to present to Ginger—and to preserve as part of our shared history.
8. Big Plans Ahead
Learn about ongoing capital and projects and some of our fundraising plans to make them happen.
7. Transparency & Trust
Hear directly from our treasurer about the financial health of the congregation.
6. Prayer in All Things
We’ll connect our ministry to prayer by worshipping and then gathering for our work.
5. Worship Together
Annual Meeting Sunday brings together people we don’t always see at the same service, united in shared liturgy at 10:00 a.m.
4. Long-Term Vitality
Learn about our endowment and how we can best support this fund as an engine for ministry.
3. Come, Holy Spirit
We will welcome the Holy Spirit’s guidance as we elect new leadership, giving thanks for all who are nominated.
2. Town Hall Time
There’s space to ask questions, hear updates, and engage directly with Trinity’s leadership.
1. God Is Doing Something New
We’ll gather to share our enthusiasm for Trinity’s ministry and help it to keep growing.
For these reasons, and many more, I look forward to seeing you on Sunday.
Faithfully,
