Adult Formation: On Grieving Well

Join us Sundays at 9:00 a.m. during the summer for Adult Faith Formation, held between our worship services. Topics include Bible studies, Dean’s Forums, and other opportunities to explore faith, scripture, and the Episcopal tradition through learning and conversation.
About this class: Grief is a natural part of life because we are made to love. This course explores the grieving process, the four tasks of grief, and practical strategies for navigating loss and supporting others who are grieving. Please note: during the summer, formation hour begins at 9:00 a.m.
