Annual Meeting Notice with Slate of Candidates Announced

Notice is hereby given of the Annual Meeting of Trinity Cathedral to be held on Sunday, May 7, 2017 at 9 a.m. in the Cathedral.

Please note that there will only be two morning services on this Sunday, at 8 a.m. and 11:15 a.m; the Annual Meeting will be held 9-10:30 a.m. There will be a children’s program during the Annual Meeting; nursery care will be available all morning.

The Nominating Committee (Karla Rivers, Linda Lee, Tony Wesley, Christopher Decatur, Ginger Bitikofer, Linda Lohr, Scott Blanchard and Amy Ryder Wentz) is pleased to present to the Congregation slates for election to the Vestry and Cathedral Council as well as delegates to Diocesan Convention and congregationally-elected members of the Nominating Committee. In keeping with Trinity’s by-laws, the Nominating Committee conducted an open and widely publicized solicitation of candidates; the result was a pool of talented and qualified candidates, and the Committee is grateful to all whose names were submitted for consideration. We believe that the nominees before you represent an exceptional group of leaders who will govern with wisdom and faithfulness. We commend them to you for election at the Congregational Annual Meeting on Sunday, May 7, 2017 at 9 am.
