Trinity to Hold Bicentennial Evensong Service on Wednesday, Nov. 9

Please join us for a special evensong service this Wednesday in celebration of Trinity Cathedral’s 200 years! This service features the world premiere of a specially commissioned choral work by Lakewood-born composer David Conte, sung by the Trinity Cathedral Choir.

The Very Reverend Tracey Lind, Dean of Trinity Cathedral will preside and Bishop Mark Hollingsworth, Jr. is the homilist. Take home a keepsake Bicentennial service booklet, and stay for a reception following the service!

Also after the service, all are encouraged to visit the newly opened Bicentennial exhibit in the gallery at Trinity Commons. Four years in the making, “Trinity Cathedral: Crossroads of the City and Heartbeat of its People” includes significant paintings on loan from the Western Reserve Historical Society, Kenyon College, and the Union Club in addition to many other historic items and pieces of visual culture from Trinity‘s history.
