The Elevation Group has partnered with Trinity Cathedral to produce the Cathedral Concert Series. This forum will explore the evolving relationship between Elevation and Trinity and how contemporary music intersects with sacred space and provides a place where pop culture and traditional religion may come together in a way that is meaningful to today’s generations.

Denny Young is a founding partner and President of Elevation. Prior to Elevation, Young spent a decade at IMG where he rose to senior vice president with direct management responsibility for motorsports, stadium and arena consulting, running and fitness, and music events.

Young currently oversees Elevation’s motorsports and music business units and was recently awarded an Emmy for his work on the Music of Ireland TV series. He holds a B.S. in Mass Communication from Miami University. He splits his time between Cleveland and Fort Lauderdale with his wife and twin children.

Steve Lindecke is a founder and the Managing Partner at Elevation. Prior to Elevation, Lindecke played a key role at IMG (17 years) as an officer in various capacities including event production, athlete representation and national sponsorship sales. Lindecke’s distinguished career includes launching the most successful touring property in the history of IMG, Stars On Ice.

At Elevation, Lindecke has become a leading expert in operating large scale events in non-traditional locations. He oversees Elevation’s event sponsorship team, beach volleyball events and is a World Records Academy recipient for organizing the largest (participants) beach volleyball event in the world. He holds a B.A. in Political Science and an M.B.A. from Case Western Reserve University. He resides in Cleveland with his wife and three children.
