The youth at St. Paul’s Medina will once again be hosting their Annual Homeless Awareness Sleepout – a youth favorite – on Friday, April 25 through Sunday, April 27. This year we are doing two nights, provided we have enough chaperones, at the request of the youth who felt they needed two nights to really feel the effects of homelessness. For those of you who have not attended this event before at our church, the youth do activities that center around homelessness and we usually have a speaker from one of the Homeless shelters. The youth build a village out doors with boxes to sleep in. Adults take shifts keeping watch outside. The registration deadline is April 16 and the cost is $60 per person. Contact the Rev. Sahra Harding to sign up.
