Enjoy a multi-course banquet of hearty medieval fare. Vegetarian dinners available. In addition to wine and ale, non-alcoholic beverages will also be served.

The Medieval Feasts, historic style banquets with period costumes, are held annually in the Cathedral Nave and serve as Music and Art at Trinity Cathedral’s major fundraising event. Mark your calendars now for the 2012 Feasts, scheduled for January 20 and 21. Both evenings begin with a reception at 6 p.m., followed by the feast at 7 p.m.
The menu includes a compote of herbed beans, chicken quarters with lemon and rosemary, dried fruits and sausages, roast pork loin with bay and apple and mincemeat tartines, ale, wine and juice.
