Culture of Call at Trinity

Culture of Call Pilot Project
Last summer, Trinity received a grant of $15,000 from the Fund for Theological Education to formalize and strengthen our culture of call--the way we notice and nurture the gifts with which God has blessed each of us.

This spring, after months of planning, Trinity will launch a Culture of Call pilot project. For eleven weeks beginning after Easter, a small group of congregation members will meet to explore the spirituality of discernment, take the Enneagram personality assessment, use the Living Our Strengths curriculum from the Gallup Institute, and discuss how to live out God's call in the city and the world.

The Culture of Call pilot project at Trinity is led by Vestry member John Church, Baldwin-Wallace professor of religion John Gordon, Dean Lind and Curate Mebane. After the pilot concludes in June, its leaders and participants will assess its potential to continue as a regular Trinity series. Watch Cathedral Connection for more news about Culture of Call and the experiences of the pilot project participants.
