Please note: This event has SOLD OUT. If you would like to be notified of other upcoming labyrinth events, please contact Adam Spencer, aspencer@dohio.org.

Led by Stephen Neal Szpatura
Shamanic Practitioner and Teacher, Writer

Saturday, Feb. 4 9 a.m.-4 p.m.

Shamanism has been called the first spiritual practice of humanity. The shamanic journey is a deep meditative experience that invites spiritual guidance. Walking the labyrinth is a mind/body prayer of the heart that heightens any spiritual practice through connection to the Holy in community. Come learn from a gifted shamanic practitioner to journey on the sacred labyrinth at Trinity Cathedral. Together in circle we will seek the wisdom and companionship of the Saints for the challenges of our 21st-century lives!

$15.00 (includes boxed lunch).  To register: contact Adam Spencer at aspencer@dohio.org or 216-774-0418 to reserve a place by Wed., 2/1/2012. You may also choose your lunch. Attendance is limited to 25!

Bring a pen and notebook. Wear comfortable clothing and be prepared to walk and journey on the Labyrinth in stocking-feet. As in sleeping, journeying and meditation may lower body temperature, so bring a wrap. You may choose to journey seated on a chair or lying down on the labyrinth, in which case, bring a mat or folded blanket.
