Thanksgiving Baskets for Marion-Sterling Families

This Thanksgiving, we will once again provide baskets of food to our neighboring Marion-Sterling School children – our goal is to serve 110 families (our 35 Blessings in a Backpack families will be included). If you can help, please purchase items–or a complete meal–from the shopping list below and bring them to church on Sunday, Nov. 18. If you would like to help but don’t have time to shop, please make a check payable to Trinity Cathedral with “Marion-Sterling Thanksgiving” in the memo line. We are seeking volunteers who can help sort food items and pack baskets after the 9 a.m. and 11:15 a.m. services on Nov. 18.  Other opportunities to help:  1-2 volunteers needed who can shop for grocery items on Sunday afternoon, and 5-6 volunteers needed to help deliver the baskets to the school on Monday, Nov. 19. Any questions, or to offer specific help, contact David Cratty.
