Petition Bill Mason, Cuyahoga County Prosecutor, to not conduct a re-trial of Michael Keenan (one of the co-defendants in Joe D’Ambrosio’s case). Ohioans to Stop Executions reports that on Sept. 24, Keenan will face a judge for the third time for the murder of Tony Klann, despite a wealth of information that suggests this trial is a waste of taxpayer’s dollars and an intolerable miscarriage of justice. Keenan’s original conviction was dismissed because of prosecutorial misconduct, specifically that the prosecutor’s office withheld evidence that would have likely exonerated him at the time of trial. Trinity members will have a table in the promenade on Sept. 2 to sign the petition or you can do so online at tinyurl.com/mkeenan924. Visit the OTSE website to learn more.
