It’s all hands on deck the next two Saturdays (May 19 and May 26) at Trinity’s urban farm. Plants from the Summer Sprout program are being picked up this week, so there will be much planting to do and we can use as many volunteers as possible. Tomatoes, green peppers, cabbage, green beans and flowers will be planted. Even if you have only 30 minutes or less, your time is helpful. The farm is located at E. 35th and Cedar Avenue. Contact farm leader Scott Blanchard to learn more about this neighborhood ministry. Volunteers are also needed on Thursday, May 24 to work alongside KeyBank employees.
