Welcome Jon Silvis – New Operations Manager

Dear Friends,

It is my pleasure to announce that Jon Silvis will join the Trinity Staff on Tuesday, January 23 as our Operations Manager. Jon comes to Trinity after working for ten years as a Facilities Manager at an office building here in Cleveland. In addition to extensive experience in a midcentury facility, Jon has a love of old buildings and currently serves as a Commissioner on the Soldiers and Sailor’s Museum in Cleveland’s Public Square. John is also familiar with the stewardship and care of Episcopal congregations and their buildings, and serves as the Junior Warden at St. Timothy’s Episcopal Church in Massillon, Ohio, where he has extensive family connections.

We are thrilled to welcome Jon to join our team. I invite you not only to welcome him, but to support him as he gets up to speed on the operational needs of Trinity Cathedral and Trinity Commons. Caring for both a historic building and a ministry hub is an essential part of our stewardship, and I look forward to working with Jon in the years to come.

Faithfully,

The Very Rev. Bernard J. Owens
